Job summary
The role is responsible for the secure, reliable delivery and ongoing development of IT infrastructure, with a focus on Azure cloud platforms and container technology across cloud and hybrid environments. Key work includes integrating infrastructure solutions, automating operations with Terraform, Bash, and Go, addressing security risks, and advising internal service teams. The role also supports the MarkHub cloud and development platforms, maintains technical documentation, resolves complex cross-functional issues, and participates in on-call duty.

Qualifications
- Technical vocational qualification, IT degree, or comparable qualification.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Azure, and container technology.
- Knowledge of log management, monitoring tools, and SQL or NoSQL databases is preferred.
- Basic understanding of network protocols, firewall rules, DNS, and Linux.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with GitLab, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Customer-oriented approach, accountability, teamwork, and strong communication.
- Interest in developments in hosting and managed services.
- Very good German and good English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain secure, efficient IT infrastructure focused on cloud platforms and container technology.
- Design and integrate IT solutions in cloud and hybrid environments, including on-premises, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Develop and support services on the MarkHub cloud and development platforms.
- Automate recurring tasks using Terraform, Bash, and Go.
- Identify, mitigate, and remediate security risks.
- Advise and support internal service teams in using IT infrastructure.
- Analyze and resolve complex cross-functional problems.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call duty.
