Job summary
Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to automate cloud and platform processes, implement customer requirements with a focus on scalability and security, and develop CI/CD pipelines. The role involves designing and operating modern infrastructure using cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code, while also advancing DevOps standards for automation, quality, and speed.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Practical experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code
- Proficiency in tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Azure DevOps for automation
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or cloud-native solutions
- Process automation with scripting languages like Python or Bash
- Experience with AI-supported tools for automation
- Relevant cloud certifications are desirable
- IT degree or comparable qualification is desirable
- Strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach, and taking responsibility
- Clear communication with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Open to technology, quick learner, and practical application of new trends in Cloud, AI, and Automation
- Team player in agile project environments
- Willingness to travel for project assignments within Germany
- Very good German language skills (at least C1)
- Conversational English language skills
