The Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure) role is responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining Azure systems infrastructure while collaborating with architecture, cyber security, and digital teams. Key responsibilities include building enterprise-scale Azure and GCP environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), developing automated deployment pipelines with Terraform and Ansible, and ensuring system reliability through automated backup and performance monitoring solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer
• strong Windows and Linux administration skills
• expert-level Infrastructure as Code skills using Terraform, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
• proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments
• deep hands-on expertise across core Azure services
• strong understanding of complex cloud network topologies
• skilled in executing cloud cost optimisation initiatives
