• 5 years of experience in senior cloud engineering roles
• Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Experience automating cloud solutions
• Experience developing in Go, Python, and Shell/Bash
• Strong knowledge of system design
• Practical understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum
• Demonstrated technical experience in software development and operations
• Highly adaptable and able to pivot based on business needs
• Articulate communicator with clear messaging skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Agile and adaptable in managing workloads

Responsibilities

• Solve complex challenges as a trusted technical lead
• Drive a DevOps mindset and collaboration within the Cloud Platform Engineering Team
• Develop and enhance cloud reference architectures
• Participate in architectural decisions and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes
• Mentor and lead team members
• Lead code and design reviews
• Help plan and coordinate day-to-day team activities using Scrum methodologies
• Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies
