Job summary

The Senior Cloud Engineer role is centered on implementing, automating, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Responsibilities include managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform, deploying workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), developing automation scripts in Python and Bash, and building CI/CD pipelines while collaborating in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in GCP (GKE, IAM, VPC, Compute Engine).
• Proven experience with Terraform, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Develop automation scripts with Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Manage GCP IAM, security policies, certificates, and secrets.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to Git-based development workflows.
