Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions
• 5+ years of experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code practices
• 5+ years of experience leading cloud initiatives and technical improvements
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership and collaboration with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud platforms
• Act as a technical resource for complex cloud initiatives and enterprise technology projects
• Mentor Cloud Engineers and drive adoption of cloud engineering best practices
• Develop and implement automation and cloud engineering practices to improve scalability and efficiency
• Apply Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework principles to optimize cloud workloads
• Implement engineering standards and governance practices with Infrastructure Solutions Architect
• Improve cloud platform resilience, performance, security posture, and cost efficiency
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions for critical cloud issues
• Implement improvements across monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and operational maturity
• Partner with teams to deliver strategic cloud initiatives
