Job summary

As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Luscii, you will modernize the cloud platform powering OMRON Connect, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency for millions of users.

Qualifications

• at least 6 years of experience building and operating large-scale cloud platforms
• deep hands-on AWS expertise
• extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• strong understanding of cloud-native, serverless and event-driven architectures
• strong backend engineering experience, preferably with Node.js and TypeScript
• fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve AWS platform using Terraform.
• Build reusable infrastructure, deployment pipelines and platform tooling.
• Introduce pragmatic cloud-native and event-driven solutions.
• Make observability a default through standardised monitoring and alerting.
• Improve deployment practices with automated CI/CD and rollback strategies.
• Embed security, compliance and cost optimisation into the platform.
• Coach engineers and review infrastructure and application code.
