Responsibilities
- Identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems
- Understand stakeholder needs and convey to developers
- Automate and improve configuration, provisioning, deployment, and release processes
- Test and analyze code written by others
- Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats
- Identify technical problems and develop software updates
- Collaborate with developers and DevSecOps engineers
- Support enterprise Cloud applications through infrastructure as code
- Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and processes
- Document as-is state, perform gap analysis, and produce recommendations
- Identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues
- Mentor junior team members
- Engineer and implement solutions for continuous improvement
- Present status updates and provide cross training
