Job summary
Motive Workforce is seeking a Senior Critical Infrastructure Engineer to maintain uptime, reliability, and performance across critical industrial infrastructure systems in a specialized production environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in facilities engineering or industrial maintenance
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or mission-critical operations
- Comfortable in fast-paced manufacturing environments
Responsibilities
- Manage operation and maintenance of facility infrastructure
- Lead a team of technicians
- Manage contractors and service providers
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and infrastructure issues
- Support installation and startup of new systems
- Manage CMMS for maintenance planning
- Support EH&S compliance
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Provide after-hours support as needed
