Job summary
The Senior D365 & Power Platform Engineer will drive the implementation and operationalization of customer service and CRM solutions, acting as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience with CRM and customer service platforms
- Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams
- Understanding of platform governance and release management
- Knowledge of integrations and APIs
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation and operationalization of customer service and CRM solutions
- Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities
- Manage platform enhancements and release planning
- Coordinate vendors and business stakeholders
- Gather and translate business requirements into solutions
- Monitor service performance and operational issues
- Contribute to roadmap planning and governance
