Senior Data Platform Engineer

Job summary

Help build a self-service, AI-Ready Data Platform as part of the Platform tribe. The Data Platform team supports Data, AI, and real-time analytics by building scalable, reliable infrastructure for the global data community.

Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure as code and containerization (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with modern query engines (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Trino)
• Experience with modern data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster)
• Proficiency in Python or Go
• Pragmatic, team-first mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to balance stakeholder needs

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain best-in-class data infrastructure for critical processes
• Develop features to strengthen self-service, including ETL and orchestration
• Optimize processes for compute efficiency and cost reduction
• Automate operations to ensure platform high availability
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new services
