• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA or Database Engineer.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Strong hands-on Oracle expertise including installation, patching, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience in automation using Ansible, Terraform, Git, and scripting.
• Understanding of public cloud platforms and container technologies.
• Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of auditability and vulnerability management.
• Strong engineering mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills in English and ability to collaborate in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Automate the complete Oracle database lifecycle using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
• Develop and maintain automation for database provisioning and post-clone configuration.
• Operate automated workflows for daily database operations.
• Manage database configuration through GitOps practices.
• Enhance backup, recovery, and disaster recovery automation.
• Drive platform standardization through immutable infrastructure.
• Automate large-scale database refreshes and maintain the central automation framework.
• Manage database security and oversee the TDE key lifecycle.
• Contribute code, participate in peer reviews, and collaborate with various teams.
