Intact is seeking a Senior DevOps professional to join their AI Engineering Team in Toronto. The role involves managing the AI platform, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and supporting the development of AI and data pipelines using various tools and technologies.

Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a DevOps role.
- 5 years of experience in an AWS cloud environment.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, ELK, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience in Databricks and Snowflake.
- Experience in a Big Data context is an asset.
- Experience in security or SecOps is an asset.
- Knowledge of machine learning cycle is an asset.
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the AI platform.
- Utilize AWS services to optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Support operational aspects of the AI & data pipeline.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Jenkins.
- Manage and analyze large datasets with Databricks and Snowflake.
- Create and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines.
- Collaborate on automation improvements.
- Develop Proof-of-Concept projects.
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
- Support best practices for DevOps solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis of platform issues.
- Recommend technologies for product integrations.
- Ensure platform designs align with security guidelines.
- Promote secure coding practices.
- Implement observability and best practices.
- Help implement high availability solutions.
- Participate in problem management activities.
- Support frequent and seamless deployments.
