Job summary

Leads DevOps and Infrastructure teams responsible for the systems that support development, deployment, and product operations. The role focuses on reliable and scalable staging and production environments, stronger CI/CD practices, release quality, disaster recovery, and shorter delivery lead times, while developing a distributed engineering team. The technology stack includes AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Jaeger, MongoDB, Kafka, and .NET Core.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of DevOps and SRE experience maintaining high-request-volume distributed products.
• Use concrete metrics to support decisions.
• Build relationships and agreements with neighboring teams and represent the team across organizational interfaces.
• Hands-on leadership experience building complex CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and applying deployment strategies.
• Experience implementing secure development environments.
• Practical experience developing and maintaining large, scalable cloud applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams.

• Define and enforce SRE and DevOps practices.

• Build resilient systems and disaster recovery procedures to support 99.99% product availability.
• Accelerate CI/CD pipelines and environments to reduce lead time.
• Hire, guide, coach, and support the career development of a distributed engineering team.
