Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with test-automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience with Agile and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Establish enterprise testing standards and procedures.
- Design comprehensive test coverage.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites and CI/CD quality gates.
- Implement AI-assisted techniques for testing.
- Lead defect triage and quality-control activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system quality.
- Support team objectives and project success.
