Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer

Job summary

The Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer serves as the technical reference for an evolving service, combining hands-on engineering with operational oversight and coordination across technical teams. The role designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, manages GitOps deployments with ArgoCD and Helm, operates Kubernetes platforms in cloud and on-premise environments, and evolves Microsoft Azure infrastructure using Terraform.

• Senior experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience acting as a technical reference or coordinating teams and services.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with GitOps deployments using ArgoCD and Helm.
• Kubernetes experience, especially with managed platforms such as AKS or EKS.
• Microsoft Azure experience.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Experience deploying and operating containerized applications.
• Knowledge of operating systems, storage, and networking.
• Ability to support middleware integration and communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Autonomy, analytical ability, and a problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact and service lead.
• Supervise the team's technical and operational activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams on platform evolution and integration.
• Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate integration and deployment using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Implement GitOps continuous deployment with ArgoCD and Helm.
• Operate Kubernetes platforms in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Administer and evolve Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Support middleware integration and troubleshoot systems, storage, networks, infrastructure, and platforms.
