Job summary
Autodesk is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to enhance cloud-native services for critical workflows. The role involves collaboration with various teams to improve developer productivity, platform reliability, and operational processes while ensuring security compliance and disaster recovery readiness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience in large-scale cloud-based Infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least two years as an SRE Developer
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Linux/Unix Shell
- Experience with cloud-native applications
- Experience managing SaaS database solutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Infrastructure & Systems teams to design and implement innovative solutions
- Establish and facilitate adherence to team SLO / SLI targets
- Drive processes including service reviews, fire drills, chaos testing, incident response, and post mortems
- Develop scripts and tooling for deployment and configuration of service updates
- Coordinate and perform major upgrades with zero downtime
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
