Job summary

D-Wave is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to join their team, focusing on the development of hybrid-cloud and on-premises infrastructure for quantum computing services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in architecting and troubleshooting SaaS/PaaS applications.
• Intermediate to advanced Linux system administration skills.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with analytics and monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C, Tcl, Ruby, Groovy.
• Experience with source code control and managing artifacts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate full-stack hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Streamline build processes and release management via CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect, build, and maintain hardware-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security and performance compliance through design and development.
• Respond to operational incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor and improve performance, durability, and reliability of services.
• Join on-call rotation for off-hours support.
