The Senior DevOps Engineer is tasked with building and enhancing scalable cloud infrastructures using AWS. Responsibilities include designing and implementing cloud solutions, managing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, automating processes with Python and AWS CDK, and ensuring observability through tools like CloudWatch and Grafana, while collaborating closely with development teams.

• praktische Erfahrung im Bereich CI/CD, idealerweise mit GitLab
• Erfahrung mit containerbasierten Technologien wie ECS
• Analyse und Optimierung komplexer Systemlandschaften
• Erfahrung im Big Data Umfeld, beispielsweise mit AWS Lake Formation, Glue oder StepFunctions
• strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Responsibilities

• Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung skalierbarer Cloud-Infrastrukturen auf Basis von AWS
• Konzeption, Implementierung und den stabilen Betrieb moderner Cloud- und Plattformlösungen
• Bau von AWS‑native Plattformen, inklusive Networking, Security, Compute und Data Services
• Bau und Betrieb robuster CI/CD‑Pipelines auf Basis von GitLab
• Automatisierung von Infrastruktur, Deployments und Plattformprozessen mit Python und AWS CDK
• Verantwortung für Observability für unsere AWS‑Plattformen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, Architekt:innen und ProductOwnern
• Umsetzung von AWS-Sicherheitsstandards
• Betrieb containerisierter Workloads auf AWS
• Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Architekturen
• Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Tools
