Job summary
Own the reliability, security, recoverability, and operational control of business-critical authentication services used by approximately 48,000 employees across 34 countries. Operate and improve a landscape of around 75 interconnected components across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments, contributing to incident resolution, lifecycle management, automation, engineering changes, and migrations. The role works with technologies including Entra ID, FIDO2, Windows, Linux, PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure Pipelines, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on operations experience in a complex, business-critical IT environment.
- Experience taking ownership of critical services and operational issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot across system boundaries.
- Experience with Windows and Linux in hybrid environments.
- Understanding of infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
- Experience with identity and authentication technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, FIDO2, or single sign-on.
- Hands-on PowerShell experience, including understanding and troubleshooting automation scripts.
- Proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, support, and improve business-critical authentication services across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.
- Take end-to-end operational ownership of services, including those with delegated execution.
- Investigate incidents and recurring problems, identify root causes, and implement structural improvements.
- Manage vulnerabilities, compliance, service lifecycles, certificates, and secrets.
- Improve automation, monitoring, alerting, recovery procedures, and operational documentation.
- Contribute to engineering changes, migrations, and infrastructure as code.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
