Job summary
The Senior DevOps Engineer designs, builds, and optimizes application platforms that support critical global business operations, improving the reliability, security, and delivery of production services. The role develops CI/CD pipelines with Git, Tekton, and Harness; manages Kubernetes and OpenShift workloads using Helm; and provides observability through Splunk, Elastic/Kibana, Prometheus, and Grafana. It also addresses technical and business requirements, strengthens delivery security, and guides engineers.

Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, systems development, or DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated builds and deployments
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift, including Helm chart development and cluster management
- Working knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting
- Experience delivering software projects from planning and design through testing and production deployment
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- AWS experience, observability engineering, or production experience defining and measuring SLOs and SLIs are beneficial
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Tekton, and Harness
- Build and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes and OpenShift using Helm
- Architect and maintain logging, metrics, and observability solutions
- Evaluate technical problems across application systems, business processes, and delivery pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams, business users, and technology stakeholders
- Develop and enforce security measures across the software delivery lifecycle
- Guide junior and mid-level engineers through technical support and code review
- Define and improve engineering standards
