Job summary

The Senior DevOps Engineer role is responsible for managing the infrastructure of a global SaaS platform, focusing on reliability, performance, and security. Key responsibilities include designing scalable AWS infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Chef, and monitoring system health using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to ensure high uptime and rapid incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role
• Hands-on AWS experience across various services
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with CI/CD tooling including GitHub and Jenkins
• Experience with container and orchestration technologies
• Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring platforms
• Solid troubleshooting skills and experience with root cause analyses
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Ruby, and Python
• Experience with SOC 2 compliance and security practices
• Comfort with a weekly on-call rotation

Responsibilities
