Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Job summary

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design and implement AWS infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security for a global SaaS platform while leading security-first practices and building CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role
• Hands-on AWS experience across various services
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with CI/CD tooling including GitHub and Jenkins
• Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with Windows Server and .NET environments
• Solid troubleshooting skills and experience in root cause analysis
• Proficiency in programming languages including Java and Python
• Experience with SOC 2 compliance and security practices
• Comfort with a weekly on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable AWS infrastructure
• Own the reliability, performance, and security of the production environment
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Monitor system health using observability tools
• Lead security-first practices across the infrastructure
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate operational requirements
• Champion AI adoption within DevOps workflows
• Respond to on-call incidents with urgency
