The Senior DevOps Engineer focuses on ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise integration platforms and containerized environments. Key responsibilities include administering Linux-based infrastructure, managing container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker Swarm, and maintaining CI/CD services and observability tools like Datadog and OpenTelemetry.

Qualifications
- 5+ years administering Linux (preferably RHEL) in enterprise production environments
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and Docker Swarm
- Experience supporting highly available multi-node infrastructure environments
- Experience administering load balancing and reverse proxy technologies such as HAProxy and NGINX
- Experience with infrastructure automation, scripting, and CI/CD tooling
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, networking, containers, and distributed platform services
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog and OpenTelemetry
- Understanding of vulnerability management and security hardening practices
- Experience working collaboratively across Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Linux-based infrastructure platforms, primarily Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Manage container runtime and orchestration platforms including Docker Swarm and Kubernetes
- Support platform lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, and operational maintenance
- Support highly available multi-node environments including clustering and disaster recovery readiness
- Administer shared platform services including load balancing and reverse proxy services
- Maintain and support CI/CD platform services including deployment tooling and automation services
- Deploy and maintain monitoring and observability platforms including Datadog and OpenTelemetry
- Ensure platform operations align with IT Security standards
- Participate in operational troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams during incidents and upgrades
