Senior DevOps Engineer

Job summary

The DevOps Analyst Lead drives secure, automated, and governed software releases for payment and financial services platforms, collaborating with engineering, release management, security, risk, and compliance teams. The role leads CI/CD pipeline development using Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, Ansible, and Python; manages controlled releases and change gates; coordinates security scan remediation; and oversees software asset and End-of-Life lifecycle management with Flexera while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing automated pipelines with Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, and Ansible
• Strong Python skills for scripting and automation
• Experience managing controlled releases in regulated and audited environments
• Experience with enterprise risk acceptance and mitigation, security scan coordination, and remediation tracking
• Hands-on experience with Flexera and End-of-Life software lifecycle management
• Background supporting payment or financial services platforms
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for change and incident management
• Experience in PCI-regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation using Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, Ansible, and Python

• Coordinate security scans and track remediation to closure with risk and security teams
• Oversee software asset and End-of-Life lifecycle management using Flexera
