Senior DevOps Engineer

Job summary

The Senior Systems Security Engineer role is pivotal in enhancing system security by integrating development, security, and operations. Responsibilities include designing secure automation solutions, managing infrastructure security, developing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating to improve engineering tools and data security, with a focus on technologies such as RMF, Windows/Linux, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related technical field; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years of information security-related experience in security operations, vulnerability management, security testing, system patching, log analysis, intrusion detection, or security device administration
• Knowledge of RMF, Windows/Linux operating systems, STIGs, ACAS, HBSS, and related technologies
• Ability to work independently, analyze root causes, and drive solutions from identification through resolution
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance (or higher), clearable to TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments
• Manage and maintain infrastructure security and monitoring systems
