Job summary
The Senior DevOps Engineer designs, builds, and operates the cloud platform for document processing and fax products, including infrastructure supporting AI and machine learning workloads. The role owns delivery from pull request to production, keeps systems reliable and secure as they scale, and provides technical leadership and mentorship. It also supports customer escalations, integration discussions, and security reviews.

Qualifications
- At least 6 years of DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering experience
- Use AI tools in daily work
- Treat infrastructure as a product
- Lead technically and mentor other engineers
