Job summary
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Figment, you will own mission-critical validator infrastructure and develop AI workflows to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the security and performance of blockchain staking operations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Expertise in Linux systems administration
- Proficient in shell scripting, Python/Go, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience managing hybrid environments
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms
- Experience building production-grade AI workflows
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain blockchain validator nodes and infrastructure
- Build and extend agentic AI workflows
- Onboard new protocols and staking infrastructure
- Enhance monitoring and observability across infrastructure
- Deploy secure CI/CD builds with security team
- Participate in incident resolution and on-call rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
