Qualifications
- At least five years of experience designing and managing CI/CD solutions
- At least one year of experience with GitHub Actions
- At least five years of experience working with AWS cloud technologies
- At least five years of experience scripting with Bash, Python or PowerShell
- At least three years of experience with containerization technologies
- Deep knowledge of security and compliance industry best practices
- Experience leading DevOps initiatives
- Familiarity with SRE implementation and best practices
- Working experience in an Agile environment
- At least two years of experience leading technical design and implementation of DevOps solutions
- Demonstrated track record of mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure and security teams to streamline delivery, reliability and observability
- Design, implement and maintain GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices
- Manage releases across multiple AWS regions and environments
- Solve complex infrastructure and deployment challenges
- Support teams working across multiple applications and stacks
- Mentor and coach infrastructure engineers
