Job summary
The role leads the design and modernization of DevOps platforms and cloud migrations on Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on GKE, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code. Key work includes optimizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing GitOps deployments, maintaining Terraform infrastructure, integrating security and quality controls, and supporting development teams and business stakeholders. The role also manages platform components such as runners, artifact registries, and deployment identities.

Qualifications
- At least five years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Engineer
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, platform automation, and DevOps practices on GCP
- Advanced Terraform experience, including reusable modules and state management
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and GKE
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Cloud Build
- Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, or equivalent tools
- Experience with Helm or Kustomize
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash
- Fluent English; C1 level specified
- Experience technically leading cloud migration projects and working with business stakeholders
- Strong teamwork, technical leadership, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GCP and GKE environments
- Implement GitOps solutions and automate Kubernetes deployments
- Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code
- Integrate quality and security controls into continuous delivery
- Manage DevOps platform components, including runners, artifact registries, and deployment identities
- Support development teams adopting the platform
- Technically lead application migration projects to Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate with business and technology teams on platform modernization and automation
