Job summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and automate enterprise-scale infrastructure and platform services.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps or related fields.
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Shell.
- Experience developing infrastructure automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes platforms and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Build, automate, and enhance infrastructure and platform services using automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Administer and support Linux and Windows environments ensuring reliability and performance.
- Manage virtualization environments leveraging KVM, VMware, Hyper-V.
- Collaborate with software development, QA, architecture, and operations teams.
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technology strategy.
- Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support software releases, platform upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering reliable solutions.
