Job summary
Build and operate infrastructure and developer tooling that help engineering teams deliver a cloud-based equity management and financial reporting platform reliably. Improve GCP and Kubernetes architecture with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, observability and SLOs, and secure delivery practices in partnership with InfoSec, while balancing reliability, simplicity, and cost.

Qualifications
- Strong DevOps or SRE background designing and operating cloud infrastructure and production systems
- Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code, ideally GCP and Terraform
- Experience building reliable CI/CD pipelines and improving developer experience
- Ability to diagnose issues across networking, infrastructure, and application code
- Practical approach to observability and security
- Collaborative approach, including mentorship and thoughtful technical trade-offs
- Interest in supporting AI-assisted development safely
Responsibilities
- Evolve GCP and Kubernetes cloud architecture using Terraform
- Improve reliability, simplicity, cost visibility, and multi-region scaling
- Speed up CI/CD feedback loops and reduce flaky builds
- Build self-service tooling for recurring support requests
- Reduce alert noise and define meaningful SLOs
- Improve production issue diagnosis
- Partner with InfoSec on secure delivery, access controls, and guardrails for AI-assisted workflows
- Participate in incident response and prevent recurring issues
