Responsibilities
- Define and own SLOs and SLIs for the platform
- Manage error budgets
- Carry on-call
- Act as incident commander

- Own observability: metrics, logs, and distributed tracing
- Eliminate toil through automation
- Drive cost visibility and FinOps practice
- Integrate security into the platform
