Job summary

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will build the framework to package and deploy software solutions on the OnPrem Cloud Platform, focusing on automation, system analysis, and team support in a security-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially OpenStack
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes
• Skilled in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, and Go
• Understanding of security fundamentals including IAM and compliance
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments
• Strong communication skills and passion for improvement

Responsibilities

• Build the framework for deploying Cloud Store packages
• Drive development of Kubernetes stack and implement GitOps workflows
• Support teams in onboarding with OPCP
• Participate in system analysis and derive improvements
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and Terraform
• Participate in on-call rotation
