Job summary
This senior DevOps role evolves and operates the infrastructure behind a SaaS and agentic platform, with responsibility for reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience. The work includes building AWS infrastructure with Terraform and AWS CDK, improving GitLab CI/CD, supporting serverless services such as Lambda and API Gateway, strengthening observability with CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry, and handling incident response and root cause analysis.

Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or a similar role
- Hands-on AWS experience in production environments
- Experience with Terraform, GitLab CI, and infrastructure as code
- Python, Bash, or similar scripting skills
- Experience operating production systems and troubleshooting complex issues
- Security-minded approach to cloud infrastructure and access management
- Strong communication skills in remote and asynchronous environments
- Proactive use of AI tools to improve engineering productivity, automation, documentation, troubleshooting, and decision-making
- Multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud experience is an advantage, particularly with GCP, Alibaba Cloud, or STACKIT
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure with Terraform and AWS CDK
- Improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines across services and environments
- Support serverless and cloud-native workloads
- Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing
- Strengthen infrastructure security, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and production access controls
- Improve deployment workflows and developer experience with engineering teams
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
