Job summary
Senior DevOps Engineer position in Berlin focused on CI/CD pipelines, application security, and database management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or comparable field, or IT specialist training with relevant experience
- Proficient with K8s manifests, Helm, Kustomize
- Basic knowledge of Ansible and Terraform
- Experienced in building and evolving CI/CD processes
- Proficient in Linux environments
- Experience with container orchestration
- General IT knowledge, especially in external cloud software operations and agile methods
- Systematic, goal-oriented, and independent work style
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure CI/CD pipelines ensuring smooth deployments
- Implement application and user security
- Set up, operate, and maintain databases
- Automate deployments using Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD
- Deploy and operate third-party tools
- Install and manage on-premise solutions
- Ensure platform quality through test automation collaboration
- Take technical responsibility for private cloud platform services
