Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Job summary

Responsible for architecture, implementation, and operation of the software development platform, ensuring optimization and security compliance while collaborating with developers in agile teams.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science or comparable education
• At least five years of relevant experience in the DevOps environment
• Very good knowledge in deployment automation with Ansible and administration of Linux server systems
• Extensive experience in deployment and operation of containerized applications on Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD toolchain tools
• Knowledge of scripting languages and command-line interpreters
• High motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, responsibility, diligence, and perseverance
• Very good German and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecture, implementation, and operation of the software development platform
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of the container-based development platform
• Support existing software development platforms in various security domains
• Close collaboration and support for developers on-site
• Ensure security compliance of the development platform according to IT baseline protection
• Work in agile and virtual teams across multiple locations
