Job summary
The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and continuous delivery pipelines for scalable SaaS products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development organizations.
- 3+ years of experience with Docker and microservices.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
- Hands-on AWS experience with various services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of DevOps and automation best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute DevOps-related initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Docker containers and microservices environments.
- Optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Manage daily DevOps operations.
- Perform maintenance and support for environments.
- Implement automated quality gates and release validation.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with agile development teams.
- Mentor DevOps and Software Engineers.
- Participate in after-hours support as needed.
