Job summary
Build, deploy, and support reliable, secure services for customer-facing applications across AWS and Azure, applying Site Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure as Code practices. The role includes managing GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes production environments, automating infrastructure, improving observability, enforcing zero-trust policy guardrails, and participating in on-call incident response.

Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD and version control using GitHub Actions or similar
- Practical knowledge of AWS or Azure, networking, containers, and Kubernetes
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools
- Practical knowledge of at least one vendor-neutral observability tool
- Security awareness and exposure to policy-as-code or zero-trust tools
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate services across AWS and Azure
- Manage applications through GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure and support processes
- Build, support, and optimise Kubernetes production environments
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Improve observability, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Enforce zero-trust security and policy-as-code guardrails
- Support platform identity, audit, and policy models for automation and managed data platforms
- Participate in on-call support, troubleshoot incidents, and restore systems
- Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and support work
