Senior DevOps Engineer

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in OpenTelemetry, cloud-native platforms, and automation. In this role, you will design, implement, and evolve the organization's centralized OpenTelemetry platform while developing custom tooling and automation to improve developer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry
• Experience developing automation and platform tooling with Go and Python
• Expertise with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows
• Strong understanding of networking and cloud security

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's OpenTelemetry platform
• Develop custom tooling and automation using Go, Python, and Bash
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Helm
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Build and maintain monitoring and logging solutions
• Collaborate with development teams on observability standards
• Manage artifact repositories
• Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud platforms
• Drive automation and platform improvements
• Apply security best practices
