Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong experience with cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and modern deployment practices.
- Solid software engineering background, ideally with Java.
- Comfortable in on-call rotation and troubleshooting production incidents.
- Ability to solve complex infrastructure challenges in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
- Embrace AI tools and adopt new workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows for automation and productivity.
