Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native platforms while enabling high-performing engineering teams through modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Deep experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience operating production systems at scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes platform engineering.
• Familiarity with zero-trust and secrets management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Own infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
• Support containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Lead design decisions on Azure Cloud Platform.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Establish monitoring and logging standards with observability tools.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and operational KPIs.
• Lead incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Embed security best practices into pipelines and infrastructure.
• Implement access control and compliance controls with security teams.
• Ensure platforms meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a technical mentor for DevOps and engineering teams.
• Guide teams through architectural reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
