The Senior Software Engineer, DevOps advances development and production infrastructure by improving cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and operational automation. The role maintains multi-region, multi-provider distributed systems and builds tools for monitoring, instrumentation, and lifecycle management, using technologies such as Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Bicep, AWS CloudFormation, Bash, and Python.

Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, deployments, and large-scale multi-region distributed systems, preferably on Azure and AWS.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms and runtimes, including Docker and OCI.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Azure Bicep, or AWS CloudFormation.
- Understanding of automation, reliability, scalability, high availability, and operational excellence.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including environment provisioning, regression testing, and containerized build and deployment workflows.
- Experience managing artifact repositories and storage systems for build dependencies and pipeline artifacts.
- Knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, and scripting with Bash and Python.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting production infrastructure, with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
- Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain multi-region, multi-provider service platforms.
- Build automation, monitoring, and instrumentation tools to improve engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Automate platform and application lifecycle services to reach declared states with minimal manual intervention.
