Senior DevOps Engineer

Job summary

Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate secure cloud infrastructure for government workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Deep, hands-on AWS expertise, with experience in AWS GovCloud.
• Production experience running Kubernetes and/or EKS at scale.
• Proven GitOps delivery with ArgoCD.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline ownership in GitLab.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and scripting.
• Must be a U.S. Person.
• Able to work from McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and operate production workloads on AWS, including AWS GovCloud.
• Build and manage Kubernetes platforms, including Amazon EKS.
• Own GitOps-based continuous delivery using ArgoCD.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Establish observability, alerting, and incident response practices.
• Embed security and compliance controls into the delivery pipeline.
