Job summary
Slingshot Aerospace is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The role involves managing continuous integration pipelines, supporting system administration tasks, and collaborating with software developers to enhance deployment workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to design and scale cloud-native infrastructure
- Architect and maintain Kubernetes-based environments for production systems
- Lead Infrastructure as Code initiatives to automate provisioning and configuration
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for deployment velocity and reliability
- Integrate MLOps practices for efficient deployment and monitoring
- Embed DevSecOps best practices into the development lifecycle
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance system reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve architecture
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
- Support incident response and root cause analysis for system improvements
