Senior DevOPS/Engineer

Job summary

Leads automation and operational enablement for enterprise platform environments in Microsoft Azure, supporting reliable delivery across development, testing, staging, and production. Designs CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, develops platform tools and scripts, helps resolve application and deployment issues, and implements monitoring, security controls, release processes, and recovery practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience supporting multiple environments and complex release processes.
• Experience developing tools, scripts, utilities, APIs, or automation using modern programming languages.
• Experience applying source control, code review, unit testing, debugging, and documentation practices.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure, platform services, networking, identity, monitoring, and security.
• Experience supporting microservices, APIs, distributed applications, and cloud-based development tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with delivery, security, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Provision and configure Azure infrastructure and platform services.
• Develop tools, scripts, utilities, APIs, and reusable automation.
• Support developers with application, build, test, integration, pipeline, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Manage development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Manage secure configuration and secrets, and support vulnerability remediation and compliance controls.
• Coordinate releases, deployment validation, rollback, and production stabilization.
• Support incident response, recovery, and operational documentation.
