The Senior DevOps Engineer is the technical owner of the Jira and Confluence platform, focusing on administration, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement. This role involves ensuring platform security, stability, and scalability while delivering an excellent user experience through automation and operational support.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence
• Experience integrating Atlassian products with enterprise systems and services
• Experience managing platform incidents, problem resolution and operational support
• Experience supporting identity management, user provisioning and access governance processes
• Experience delivering platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance practices
• Awareness of data privacy and regulatory requirements
• Workflow design and configuration
• Automation rules and process automation
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders to deliver platform outcomes
