• Possession of AWS Associate-level and Kubernetes certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Architect and refine tools, processes, and infrastructure to optimize application deployment and performance.
• Ensure comprehensive observability and proactive monitoring of all systems to maintain reliability and performance standards.
• Lead collaborative efforts with internal teams and external partners to achieve business and technical goals.
• Spearhead the management and strategic enhancement of service configurations and their administration.
• Host discussions surrounding architecture and best practices.
• Advocate for and implement best practices and operational excellence.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems, applications, and operational procedures.
• Participate actively in incident and problem management, including off-hours support as needed.
• Design and implement robust security measures to protect against evolving cybersecurity threats.
• Lead the design and development of innovative services, tooling, and processes based on stakeholder needs.
• Manage end-to-end project scopes, from planning and design through to execution and ongoing management.
• Foster a culture of learning and growth within the DevOps team by mentoring junior engineers and other technical staff.
• Lead by example to cultivate technical expertise and professional skills across the team.
• Organize and conduct training sessions to elevate team capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer on best practices, new technologies, and industry trends.
