ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive initiatives for best practices in data streaming, processing, and infrastructure management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS and GCP data services.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) in production.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Expertise in CI/CD management with Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
• Programming skills in Python.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Understanding of SRE principles.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization.
• Self-motivated with strong influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices for data streaming, processing, analytics, and monitoring infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes platforms like Amazon EKS and Google GKE.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
• Work with AWS Kinesis, AWS Glue, Google Dataflow, and Google Pub/Sub.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow and Google Cloud Composer.
• Develop automation scripts using Python.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement SRE practices for service reliability.
• Analyze and optimize cloud costs.
• Ensure compliance with security policies.
• Influence data teams to align with DevOps and SRE practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
