Job summary

Ubisoft is seeking a Senior DevOps professional to optimize AI model inference, manage production deployment, and ensure scalability and cost efficiency of infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment, configuration, and optimization of modern ML inference servers
• Proven experience in managing, scaling, and automating production-level Kubernetes environments
• Practical experience with observability pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, Linux, and shell scripting
• Good understanding of network protocols, distributed systems, and infrastructure as code principles
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Optimize AI model inference to reduce latency and improve overall performance
• Ensure deployment, hosting, and proper functioning of models in production
• Manage and optimize capacity to handle thousands of simultaneous requests
• Control and manage infrastructure costs
• Collaborate with Data Science teams
• Work on IT infrastructure dedicated to machine learning
• Continuously improve performance and reliability of inference systems
